Role description
We are looking for a Business Development Innovator to secure new joint development agreements (JDAs), drive down manufacturing costs, improve sustainability, and bring new molecules through from ideation to market. Embedded in the innovation team. The applicant will be heavily involved in setting priorities and goals, then taking whatever approach is needed, primarily from a BD perspective, to deliver against them. The applicant will have a big picture perspective, finding and driving collaborations with both internal and external partners from within and outside of the applicant’s field of knowledge.
What You’ll Do
Working with partners
Work within the innovation team and with other departments in Holiferm to support commercialisation- e.g. commercial team for initial market feedback, projects team for implementation of new cost-saving technology on plant, supply chain for new feedstocks. This role will have a strong link with the commercial team, working with them to learn from the market and find new collaborators.
